Welcome to The White Daisies. By placing an order with us (retail or wholesale), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless directed otherwise.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including delivery address and contact information, are correct at checkout.

• Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing and we are contacted immediately.

• Due to the made-to-order nature of many products, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Wholesale Orders

• Wholesale customers are purchasing for resale and accept responsibility for compliance once products are resold.

• All wholesale products are supplied with CLP labels already applied.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request.

• Pricing, resale price, and profit margins are entirely at the discretion of the wholesale customer.

• By purchasing wholesale, you confirm that you understand your legal responsibilities as a reseller under UK law.

3. Delivery & Courier Responsibility

• Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the courier.

• Tracking information will be provided where available.

• Any delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

• If an order is lost or fails to be delivered, the customer must raise a claim directly with the courier.

• We can provide supporting documentation but cannot submit claims or automatically issue refunds for courier losses.

4. Product Safety & Usage

• All products are supplied for fragrance use only.

• Safety instructions must be followed at all times, including those provided on product labels and packaging.

• Products must be kept out of reach of children and pets.

• Do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

• Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes.

• Use only as directed and in a well-ventilated area.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you use our products entirely at your own risk.

5. Product Disclaimer

• The White Daisies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any designer brand or trademark holder.

• Any fragrance references are for comparison and descriptive purposes only.

• All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

• Fragrance strength and performance are subjective and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The White Daisies shall not be liable for:

• Injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Courier delays, loss, or damage once dispatched

• Errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
